1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SettlerAI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. The Service is operated by the SettlerAI development team ("we" or "us"), based in Kyrgyzstan.

2. Nature of Service (B2B CRM)

SettlerAI is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool designed for Visa Agencies. We provide software infrastructure, AI chat assistance, and document OCR capabilities.

IMPORTANT: We are NOT a law firm and we do not provide immigration advice. We strictly provide the *software tools* for you to manage your own clients.

3. AI and OCR Disclaimer

Our Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) provided by third parties (Google Gemini, Mistral AI).

Possibility of Errors: You acknowledge that AI systems can produce inaccurate or "hallucinated" responses. OCR systems may misread documents.
Your Responsibility: You (the Agency) are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all AI-generated text and extracted data before relying on it or sending it to your clients.
Liability Waiver: SettlerAI is NOT liable for any visa rejections, legal penalties, or financial losses caused by errors in the software's output.

4. User Content & Data

You retain all rights to the data and documents you upload ("Client Data"). By uploading data, you grant us a license to process, transmit, and store it solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., sending it to the AI for processing).

You warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from your end-clients to upload their personal data to our platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

In no event shall SettlerAI, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Service (which is $0 for free tier users).

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kyrgyzstan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Используя сервис SettlerAI («Сервис»), вы соглашаетесь соблюдать условия данного соглашения. Сервис управляется командой разработчиков SettlerAI («мы»), базирующейся в Кыргызстане.

2. Характер сервиса (B2B Инструмент)

SettlerAI — это CRM-инструмент и AI-ассистент, разработанный для Визовых Агентств. Мы предоставляем программную инфраструктуру для управления вашими клиентами.

ВАЖНО: Мы НЕ являемся юридической фирмой и не предоставляем иммиграционных консультаций. Вы (Агентство) несете полную ответственность за все профессиональные советы, предоставляемые вашим конечным клиентам.

3. Отказ от ответственности за AI и OCR

Сервис использует Искусственный Интеллект (AI) и Оптическое Распознавание Символов (OCR), предоставляемые третьими лицами (Google, Mistral). Используя Сервис, вы признаете, что:

ИИ может ошибаться: Модели ИИ могут генерировать неверную или вводящую в заблуждение информацию («галлюцинации»).
Требуется проверка: Вы обязуетесь вручную проверять ВСЕ данные, документы и ответы чата, сгенерированные системой, перед их отправкой клиентам или в государственные органы.
Ответственность: SettlerAI не несет ответственности за отказы в визах, задержки или юридические последствия, возникшие в результате использования контента, созданного ИИ.

4. Пользовательские данные

Вы сохраняете все права на данные и документы, которые вы загружаете. Вы гарантируете, что у вас есть необходимое согласие от ваших клиентов на загрузку их личных документов (например, паспортов) в нашу систему для обработки.

5. Отказ от гарантий («Как есть»)

Прочтите внимательно:

СЕРВИС ПРЕДОСТАВЛЯЕТСЯ НА УСЛОВИЯХ «КАК ЕСТЬ» (AS IS). МЫ ЯВНО ОТКАЗЫВАЕМСЯ ОТ ЛЮБЫХ ГАРАНТИЙ, ЯВНЫХ ИЛИ ПОДРАЗУМЕВАЕМЫХ, ВКЛЮЧАЯ ГАРАНТИИ КОММЕРЧЕСКОЙ ПРИГОДНОСТИ ИЛИ ПРИГОДНОСТИ ДЛЯ КОНКРЕТНОЙ ЦЕЛИ.

6. Ограничение ответственности

НИ ПРИ КАКИХ ОБСТОЯТЕЛЬСТВАХ SETTLERAI НЕ НЕСЕТ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТИ ЗА ЛЮБЫЕ КОСВЕННЫЕ, СЛУЧАЙНЫЕ ИЛИ ШТРАФНЫЕ УБЫТКИ, ВКЛЮЧАЯ ПОТЕРЮ ПРИБЫЛИ, ДАННЫХ ИЛИ РЕПУТАЦИИ, ВОЗНИКШИЕ В РЕЗУЛЬТАТЕ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ СЕРВИСА.
